Muscle Bound: Progress Photos

New set of photos to mark progress made with TRX training. These were taken on day 2 of TRX.

Weight: 139 (I'm retaining like mad today because of woman stuff. Blargh.)

Relaxed.

Measurements:
Neck: 12.75"
Chest: 34"
Waist: 28.25"
Hips: 38"
Left bicep: 10"
Right bicep: 10.25"
Left thigh: 21.5"
Right thigh: 21.5"
Left calf: 14.5"
Right calf: 14.25"

Body fat percentage to be measured, but when I measured last week, I think it was 16.7%.

Observations:

I have lost a lot of muscular definition since this time last year, but I don't think my weight and measurements have not changed significantly. This time last year, I was doing weight training on a regular basis. This year, it has fallen back significantly, due to scheduling issues and a couple of injuries and bouts with sickness.

I realize I'm a little bloated today because of my good old uterus, but I'll have more definition by the time the week is up.

I am not unhappy with my current level of fitness, but I want to bring my definition back to where it was last year, and then exceed it. Quite a lot. This will take a bit of reshuffling of my schedule, and a little less active participation in the boot camp classes I lead.

My diet is pretty good, but I can clean it up even more than it is.

I'm curious to see where the TRX training takes me. It was a brutally intense workout today that left me absolutely weak, soaking, and trembling on the floor. Walking home took a LOT longer than usual. I expect the DOMS will be lots of fun over the next day or two.
