Not a bar, but as a lunch or something, I have a satay chicken recipe you might like. I got it here (http://barbeque.allrecipes.com/az/IndnsinSty.asp) and it also tells you the nutrition information. I have no idea if that's actually high protein, but it seems like it must be since it's mostly chicken and peanut butter, and in any case it's really, really good, even if you use olive oil instead of peanut and ketchup instead of tomato paste. A more authentic satay has a somewhat spicy sauce, and while it's unnecessary in this recipe, you can add some pepper sauce or flakes if you want.
