The link to Ron Jeremy is fine to look at while you're at work. Goatse man himself is not. He's a guy who can dilate his bung to frightening proportions. Like, he could probably stuff a basketball in there, given a bit of Vaseline. The picture of him holding his butt open is what the IntarWeb is all about, but I guess the Hedgehog hasn't spent much time perusing the seedier side of the 'net.
