No Name, No Slogan
Oct. 3rd, 2006 09:29 amStill sick, but still able to function. Here's hoping the corn chowder residing in my left nostril disappears before the day is through. I have dance class this evening, and we're starting with the zills tonight.
I'm looking forward to receiving my copy of East Coast Tribal Bellydance. This trailer makes me think it has plenty of interesting material. It's also making me think I'd like to start teaching tribal fusion classes. Once I'm through my McJob, I think I'll try to set that up. It's certainly different enough from Egyptian raqs.
And it looks like I may have found a group of dancers interested in learning ATS with me! This is excellent news, indeed. If you're in the area and are interested in learning with us, let us know.
Now, if I can just get back into my martial arts practice, I'll be back on track. The Hung Gar and Krav Maga schools both beckon to me, and I think there's also a reputable t'ai chi chu'an instructor in the area. I can't remember which style, but it's not Wu.

f00dave is off to a job interview this morning. If he gets the job, the end of my doughnut slinging days are in sight. Cross your fingers for us!
