All Dressed Up and Nowhere to Go

This morning, I got dressed in my kung fu clothes, went to the kitchen, and started making breakfast. While I was chopping berries, my neck felt a little bit stiff. I didn't think anything of it, and then POW! Someone shot me in the back with an invisible rocket.

My back, neck, and shoulders seized up in agony, and I started singing the "Ow ow ow!" song. f00dave tried to massage a bit of it out, and got rid of the worst of the pain, but it still hurts like hell and I can't move my neck properly.

So no kung fu for me.

I took an Advil, and am really hoping it will kick in soon. In the meantime, I think I'm going to have a nap and hope it relaxes in my sleep. Criminy.
