I was so pooped last night that I went to bed not long after midnight. Whoa. Crazy....

Today's plans include weight training, lots of walking, and a traditional European folk dance class. I'll also be purchasing a set of elf ears for LARP, doing more housework, and going out for lunch with [livejournal.com profile] f00dave.

Thanks to Northcott's advice, I'd like to try doing front squats. I've never done these before, but they look both killer and effective. Check out this woman.
