Bird Brained

I'm excited by my pigeon. Today, Scroffy decided to perch on the window sill so he could watch me while I was at the computer. He cooed at me until I walked over to the screen. I opened up the screen, and he ran over to me, wiping his beak on my fingers, and lightly pecking at my fingernails and knuckles. He seems to like it now when I stroke his feathery breast. Sometimes he sings to me. He shows no fear at all, anymore, and now he'll run across my hand. He still won't perch on me, but I'm sure he will in the near future.

I just wish pigeons didn't shit so much. Yuck.
