The pictures were delayed this month, but here they are. I'm afraid the past month has been tricky for me, so these seem more like regress photos than progress photos, but ah well. Here's hoping my back is better really soon so I can get back into hardcore weight training three times a week, rather than the pitiful once a week I've been managing.
