Want to get in shape? Here are the classes I teach at Chris Walker's Fitness (301 King Street East, Unit 201, upstairs from the Pho restaurant, and across the street from the Farmers' Market):


  • Mondays 7:30-8:30 - Belly Dance. Classes are tiny, so you get plenty of one-on-one work.
  • (Starting Feb. 16) Wednesdays 12-12:45 - Yoga Fusion. A gentle mix of movements from my yoga, Pilates, dance, and martial arts background. Come and get revitalized while working your strength and flexibility.
  • Thursdays 6-7 - Core Boot Camp - More than just sit-ups to strengthen your core muscles.
  • Thursdays 7-8 - Juggernaut Boot Camp - Full body workout, mixing calisthenics, isometrics, plyometrics. Guaranteed to make you sweat! I provide options for those FOC (Fresh Off the Couch) and hardcore athletes.


Classes are $12 each, or $5 for personal training clients at the fitness centre. All classes I teach are co-ed.

I also provide personal training services, and can provide private fitness classes for small groups, depending on scheduling. Contact me for more information!
