These were taken on Sunday. I haven't been doing nearly as much weight training lately because I've been really busy doing other physical stuff, such as a few hours of dance a day, or teaching multiple fitness/dance classes in a day. So it's not like I've been slacking off, even though I kinda sorta feel like I have been.

I'm not seeing a whole lot of change, over all. But performance-wise, I am. I can jump pretty darned high or far, now--certainly further than I could a year ago, I figure. I am Tigger. Or a funny-looking gazelle or something.
