Today was a great day for me, physically. I went to an aqua-box class in the afternoon, taught a dance class in the early evening, and followed that with kung fu. And for the first time in several months, I was able to make it through the kung fu class. I did stop for a breather, but it was for no more than five minutes. But I made it through to the end! And yes, my heart was beating hard, but it was the normal hard beating after a good workout, not the staccato rhythm of the about-to-explode.
Tonight's kung fu class was a tough one, too. I did 210 dragons, went through Gung Gee a couple of times, and worked on applications from the form.
Betwixt these activities was a fair amount of bicycling, too.
Tomorrow morning,
snowy_kathryn's coming over for some dance practice. I'm intent on getting back into peak physical condition, whether or not it kills me. At least I'll leave a fit, muscular corpse, hmm?
