If I can use my abs to do a wave-like motion, why can't I do the same thing with other muscles in my body? Is it possible to get a wave-like motion happening through the erector muscles? The quads? The biceps?
Now that I've started thinking about it, I don't think it's at all possible with the arms or legs, but with utmost concentration, I am getting a very little bit happening through my back muscles. Now, wouldn't it be absolutely freaktastic if I could get a large, noticeable wave happening there? And layered with a belly roll? Hmmmm......

But what a beautiful man. Wow....

And to do it on demand, consistantly, and for a crowd, is damn impressive. Im sure he can do a few more balls, but not consistantly enough to be able to add it to the show.
Thats the thing about juggling; if you drop a ball everyone goes "oh he sucks", without even realizing the difficulty of the trick, so for cirque du soleil he'd have to be as consistant as possible.
The world record is apparently 12 balls for 12 catches. so this guy is likely pretty far up there.
this place has some great info on juggling, and some awesome lessons too. I dont know if its the place i recommended before or not, but its got some pretty stellar tutorials.
