I appear to have a pulled muscle in my back. It's not an auspicious way to begin a day of dance. So I'm afraid I'm going to have to skip out on dancing by the Farmers' Market this morning (sorry,
snowy_kathryn!). I have to spare what mobility I have for this afternoon's dance class. I'm currently hopped up on Advil, but I still feel the twinges in my back every now and then. Ouch, ouch, ouch.
I think I must've done this to myself in my graceless attempts in kung fu on Thursday during that tricky section of Sup Bat Sou.
How many people will be in my intermediate dance class, this afternoon? I guess I'll find out soon enough.
