My poor little Princess Tubby is once again depressed, in pain, and despite all my careful extra feedings, skeletal. Her fur is thinning, her chin is yellow, and she looks like hell. She constantly winces and paws at her face. The dental surgery was, just as I figured, only a temporary measure. And every time the surgery is done, the period between long, stressful recovery and relapse grows shorter. Poor little willa beast. At least she still enjoys eating raisins and getting carried about in the pocket of my bathrobe.
