This may seem obvious, considering the frequency of my fitness regimen, but I can do a proper pushup.

This has not always been the case.

In fact, it was only yesterday that I did my first proper pushup, going all the way down so my nose could brush the floor, and back up again.

And I can thank the alligator asana from sun salutations for that.

Thank goodness I conquered this move before my thirty-fifth birthday!

I also played around with Uddiyana Bandha and Nauli. It makes belly rolls look weird as hell, not to mention my ribcage isolations. Excellent.

I still have to work on Stage II and III. I can't quite do the side isolations with my abdomen, but it's all coming together.
