Jan. 13th, 2011 03:00 pmI will be reading one of my very naughty stories on Friday, January 20th, at this year's Cliterature event. Please come show your support of local artists celebrating women's sexuality! It's gonna be hottt with three tees!
Doors open at 6, and the show starts at 7 at the Registry Theatre, 122 Frederick Street, Kitchener. Tickets are $15 for the one night, or $25 for the whole weekend. Buy your tickets soon, because the show always sells out. Proceeds go to Tri-Pride. Tickets are available at Encore Records (54 Queen St. South, Kitchener) and at Gen X (10 Regina St., Waterloo). Tonight's Bootcamp Class

Do this twice, and finish off the hour with extensive stretches.

- 20 power jumping jacks
- 60-second reverse plank
- 20 dragons
- 60-second side plank
- 20 kick squats
- 60-second side plank
- 20 kneeling hip circles (10/side)
- 10 superman planks (in my variation, lift one arm, put it down. Lift the other arm, put it down. Lift one leg, put it down. Lift the other leg, put it down. Keep your body low. That's one.)
- 20 one-legged calf raises
- 20 one-legged calf raises
- 10 sumo push ups
- 20 leg throws
- 20 side plank pushups
- 20 side plank pushups
