Here's what I have planned for tonight (7 pm at Chris Walker's Fitness, 1405 King Street East, Kitchener). Join me at the gym, or try this on your own, if you have the gumption.

Do this twice, and finish off the hour with extensive stretches.

  1. 20 power jumping jacks
  2. 60-second reverse plank
  3. 20 dragons
  4. 60-second side plank
  5. 20 kick squats
  6. 60-second side plank
  7. 20 kneeling hip circles (10/side)
  8. 10 superman planks (in my variation, lift one arm, put it down. Lift the other arm, put it down. Lift one leg, put it down. Lift the other leg, put it down. Keep your body low. That's one.)
  9. 20 one-legged calf raises
  10. 20 one-legged calf raises
  11. 10 sumo push ups
  12. 20 leg throws
  13. 20 side plank pushups
  14. 20 side plank pushups

Go into a squat, stand, front kick, squat. Repeat on the other side.
