I don't want to go to work. I don't, I don't, I don't. But I know that when I get there, it won't be so bad. Lately, the nights seem to have been passing more quickly, and that's a good thing.

I have heard some pretty interesting names during my time on the phones:

* Hughdene
* Earlene
* Mrs. Ho
* Mr. Weiner (pronounced "whiner," who was simultaneously booking a room with me and demanding his money back from another hotel chain for poor service).
* Vince Vincent

Since I started my job, I feel like I'm becoming much less creative and productive. My job is taking away my time from creative pursuits, like costume design, martial arts, dance, jewellery-making, painting, and my other usual pursuits. When I get home, I have time to read for a little while, and then I go to bed. I can go to the gym or work out at home (I just did a dance workout video), but that doesn't really leave me any other time. I'm also way behind on my email. I did manage to do a wee bit of jewellery rendering the other day, and was pleased to realize my skills haven't yet atrophied. That's good to know.

I think I need a sugar daddy.

I know a Weiner who actually pronounces it "weener"...oddly enough, no seems to comment on it, maybe because it's just too obvious

There's a urologist in Toledo, OH (US) named Richard Tapper. He introduces himself as "Dick Tapper".

Simply put, drawing jewellery. When I have the facilities and equipment, I make all sorts of things, like rings, necklaces, chains, bracelets, cuffs, etc. I've been trained in all sorts of techniques, like stonesetting, casting, soldering, riveting, etc. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to a studio, and this curtails my abilities. I'm pretty much stuck to wire-wrapping techniques and beading, now, although I haven't even done that in a few months.

When I used to work for Sunbury Transport, the company sent a truck across the border to the US with Roy Rogers driving and Ronald McDonald as a passenger. US Customs actually called to make sure they were really employees. :)

I think Mary Christmas was the most cruel I've seen.

Hey, if you can't get on welfare and become
a creative genius like Rick Moranis or
FLA, then what sort of Canadian are you?!

Of course, I have no idea if these people
actually ever used the welfare programme,
but I do believe that a lot of people in
the States take mundane jobs simply so they
can have health insurance.

I know how you feel, about the mundanity
settling in. I hate that people spend 1/3
of their day trapped in an office, struggling
to make ends meet, when farmers are paid in
the US *not* to produce food.

I think it's like school for kids. It keeps
the masses busy and exhausted.

My boyfriend comes across a lot of weird names at his job and he always emails them to me out of amusement:

I think the best one has to be Oliver Garden..

Mr. Dickmyer was pretty good too, heh.
