Killing Downtime

My brain is filled with junk.

I had the fragments "for i=1 to 10" and "next i" running through my mind. It took me a while to figure out my head is running BASIC. It was the occasional GOTO statement which cemented it.

Yesterday, I postulated God is a platypus. f00dave thinks this idea is ludicrous, but if god can be a furry (witness Anubis and Ganesha), why can't s/he be a monotreme? I don't see how that's any sillier than a god created in a human's image.

I went to the gym again today. My muscles are just the right degree of sore. I'm not weak and trembly, but I feel a faint, almost electrical warm thrum. I had been considering biking to work, but I didn't relish biking down the hill in -17 temperatures. I'd rather walk.

I didn't get to do my regularly scheduled dance drills today, but I did rock out with the Cheb Mami cd balthcat sent to me by way of freakwoman. Thanks! Le Rai C'est Chic indeed....

perpetrated on platypii during this festive week-
end of remembrance.

That's a given, of course. But I know of some people who'd be upset to have a platypus photographed in a creche, as it would be demeaning to the animal.

have you seen the South Park version of god? A bucktoothed fuzzy hippo with cat paws and tail. And droopy ears, a pot belly and a very weary expression. I think he can catch flies with his tongue too. :)

No they wouldn't, they would picket Jews. As a matter of fact PETA and the Pope would have a lot in common.
