What is this? Enough downtime to allow me to make a post? It is a gift from the heavens, indeed.
I went to the gym again. It was more gruelling than usual--probably because I've added dragons to my usual routine. My legs protest, but I make them do it anyway. When they stop protesting, I'll add jumps and kicks. Won't they be happy then?
Biking up the hill went well, except I was passed by another cyclist on a racing bike with skinny little tires. These cyclists in their tight black pants and brightly coloured jackets peeve me with the way they pass me like I'm standing still. Of course, a mountain bike isn't the speediest of creatures going uphill--particularly when I'm doing the pedalling with dragon-weakened legs.
I had a quick chat with my coach at work. Apparently, I'm doing very well with my calls, exceeding expectations. That's good to hear. She also made a suggestion for me which will help me with my call flow. I've implemented it, and am already finding it easier to keep my calls organized. Hoorah for competence and experience in supervisors!
