Last night, I ate plump tart blueberries, morsels of dark chocolate, interspersed with sips of luminescent golden ice wine, redolent with the sweet cold flavour of honey and apricots. It was a celebratory dinner for the completion of f00dave and Lev's ETS paper (near bottom of page). ALthough the intricacies of the paper and its subject escape me, the wine did not. Mmm....
