Bah.

Ugh. Cramps. Nasty ones, although not as bad as the ones I had last night which made me miss out on swimming/kung fu.

But I am thinking of leaving work early. It's hard to do a job properly when all my concentration is eaten up by just trying to sit up straight.

Bah.

Maybe it wasn't the booze that made me sick the other night. Perhaps I do have some sort of flu. Hmm....

I don't know about swimming, but I'd be up for the other things, as well as walking. Walking helps remove cramps.
