Attack of the Pee Fairy

Today, I didn't smell the stench of fresh pee until I went to the bathroom. And then, I saw a big puddle of it on the floor, well away from the nearest toilet. To add insult to injury, about three squares of toilet paper rest in the mess.

Who is the phantom pisser?
