Can you cook up the roast, please? I should be home around 7, and will have to leave shortly afterwards for my 8:00 meeting. Potatos would be awfully nice with it....

I'll have it ready for 7. The meeting has been moved up the hill (or possibly here in the living room, haven't heard back yet) due to the Harvest Jazz & Blues festival. I'm specifically invited along, too, oddly enough! Moreover, if we do go up the hill, they'll drive us....

That's very weird. But sure, I guess. Is Kristina coming, too?

Nope, that's not working out. Maybe some other time, they said.... *shrug* Doesn't seem to be a problem, in any case.

That's woman's work. What I WILL do, however, is sit around and drink beer and watch college football. Whip me up some Chex mix, would ya?

Well, he is technically my wife, due to the JP's slip of the tongue during our wedding....

No, man, it's domestic sub's work! Too bad we don't have one, though. =D

You could do it if you only try.

Well, I don't want to try, so no thanks.

I am making that roast, though. -sigh-

I have no idea what a domestic sub is.

Well, the first rule of Fight Club is that you don't talk about Fight Club. Among our first rules is "don't scare the vanillas". Consider yourself warned. ;-)
"Vanillas" I don't know what that means. I don't know anyone who hasn't got a kind in them somewhere.

Big Dis! ... Ignored! +2 Dom Points for Dave.

;-)
I use the term in a loose sense: "those not into BDSM". It's not meant to be judgemental (when I use it). I was thinking of typing "Don't scare the normals" (or even "Don't scare the villagers", but the in-joke would be rather lost on most of the readership, here). =]

Trust me, it's not insecurity, at least when I use it ... it's arrogance! Hee hee!
