Me: This Saturday and Sunday?

SC: No. In December.

Me: And which dates in December?

SC: Saturday and Sunday.

Me: ... Which Saturday and Sunday.

SC: Uh... I don't know. Should I find out and then call you back?

Me: I think that would be a good idea.

Yes and no. When it's a day filled with customers like that, it really hurts me inside. Eventually, I have to put myself on not ready and go for a walk to reset my brain, and that cuts into my productivity (not to mention my sanity!).

As far as I know. The part that I left out (because it was really busy at work when I typed) was that it was for his kids' soccer tournament or something. So you'd think he'd have an inkling as to when that would be before he tried to book.
