I think something clicked this morning while I was doing my dance drills. All of a sudden, there's some grace in one of the movements which wasn't really there before. I just have to keep repeating the mantra "Shoulders down, elbows up" in my head while my hands swim like fish in the air. It's coming....
I did the ab routine again this morning. It hurt like a S.O.B., but my muscles felt like iron bands. My hip flexors are very achey. When I put my shoes on yesterday, I had to help lift my legs/feet with my hands. I didn't have to do that today. Within the next week, I expect the hurt to leave and the iron to remain. Go team muscle! W00t!
Last night, I went to visit

balthcat, and company. We watched The Adventures of Baron Munchausen which I greatly enjoyed. I need to look up some of the literature on him, now.
So far, work is shaping up to be slow. That's a good thing. It's given me the opportunity to do a bit more work on my new costuming book. Current brainstorm: slim-fitted pants with flares and trailing ribbons. I think it would look cool, and it wouldn't take expert sewing skills. Now I just have to make myself a pair to make sure it works in reality like it does in my head.
