The day was utterly surreal. I worked the phones while unattentively watching movies: Office Space, Anchorman, Napoleon Dynamite, and various Saturday Night Live episodes.

gha5t and Linda's, watched Orgazmo, then went off in search of an elusive meal. Everything was closed except for an Irving and a pizza restaurant, so I ended up getting overpriced, but relatively tasty, pizza. I waited in the foyer of the restaurant, listening to Christmas music and commerce on a snowy Christmas eve, while reading Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness. It was a bizarre combination.
I returned with my food, watched European Vacation, and then I came back home.
Now f00 is looming.
