Unfortunately, it's the customers making me suffer. They're especially rude/opaque today. I think it's because they didn't get the Christmas presents they wanted.
You're probably right. All the same, you must find some way to give them the hotel booking equivlent of a stocking full of coal. It is your moral duty ;-)

Here, Dec. 26 is considered Boxing Day, aka the day everyone throws out the garbage. We taking garbage removal seriously here, so it's a statutory holiday.
