Shagadelic!

Those bellbottom leggings took longer than I expected. I mocked them up first of all with some nasty flesh-toned chiffon I had lying around, and then, when I was happy with the design (it took me two tries), I did them up in gunmetal/black satin. They look pretty spiffy! Now I just have to make a pair of shorts to top them, with some black garters/straps to hold it all together. The shorts will be the trickiest part of the whole outfit. I have a pair of denim shortshorts I can eyeball for inspiration, though.

The end result will look something like a cross between this (fourth picture down) and this.

I already have a choli made from the same fabric, but I think it would be overkill to wear it all together. They will look spiffy with oversized black fishnet stockings and a little black top.

I'll have to include the "recipe" for the leggings in my upcoming costuming book.

Pictures forthcoming. Someone help me nag f00dave so he'll take some nice pictures of my creations.
