The enormously-obese cat Tasselhoff (aka Tass) is a masochist. She is filled with delight when I beat her about the face with a miniature flogger.

And her favourite toys are garbage: crinkled up paper tied on a piece of thread, or just an old business card fill her with monstrous, killing glee. There's a business card on my floor that looks like a mutant punch card from an old computer.

What a weird cat.

Get a can of Guinness. Consume liquid therein (imbibing or kitchen alchemy, your choice). Cut open can with a pair of sturdy scissors. Remove white plastic widget from stout dregs. Rinse thoroughly in kitchen sink. Dry. Toss gently in general vicinity of felines.

I don't drink it either (I personally can't stand the stuff), but you can use it to cook or bake with. It's a good pairing with beef or chocolate.

But not beef and chocolate together in the same dish. That would be icky. :P

Don't be so quick to doom beef and chocolate. I've had chili made with beef and chocolate that was quite good.
