Somehow, I ended up modelling again this morning. I wasn't the Pink Panther, but I was a Mexican space babe, and a naked bearded gnome in a seductive pose. That's just wrong.
Sometimes while I'm holding a long pose, I do my kung fu forms in my head. Sometimes I work on very very small muscle isolations. I learned to flex, relax, and shimmy just my calf muscles while modelling. I've still not managed to do a pectoral shimmy, but that doesn't seem to be subtle enough to pull while holding a pose. It would distract the artists. So far, the only way I've been able to do an isolated pectoral shimmy is while/after exerting myself during weight-lifting. There's got to be a way to do that intentionally, but I haven't yet figured it out.
I think I'm a bit closer to figuring out some creepy abdominal stuff, though. I've figured out how to haul my guts back under my ribcage, creating a bit of a pocket. It's not as big a pocket as I could do as a little kid, but give me time...
