She has been taking part in the Learning Through the Arts program offered by the Royal Conservatory of Music. It sounded interesting (it's like a part-time job, she says, but she chooses the number of hours she wants to work).
I thought of you, so she provided me with the name of the contact for the Kitchener area (he is the same contact for the St Catharines area). His name is George Doros and he can be contacted through the Niagara Catholic District School Board. If you're interested I have his e-mail address and can provide it to you.
