Today's dance clip features Turkish dancers Eylul and Aydan. They're doing a pretty straight-forward Oriental number, but what made me feature this video is the way they take to the floor at about 25 seconds in. Their technique is too floppy for my taste, but I can see myself using some of their movements as a base from which to work.

I liked the turn they did on the knee - that was quite keen. I think you'd have to be caeful not to hurt yourself if you weren't wearing knee pads maybe? Knees don't seem like they'd be great pivot points to me, although I suppose you could keep most of your weight on your other leg.
