Want to know how much of a geek I am?

I'm such a geek that I have well over 100 pages of notes for the Vampire campaign I'm playing. And because it's so difficult to thumb through at high speed to look for a particular name, I'm making an alphabetized appendix listing every character I've met or know anything about.

I am a huge nerd.

I'll be disappointed when this campaign ends, as I'm having terrific fun with it. When we last left off, the deposed Prince of Hamilton was being horrifically tortured in one room while my character (Margd) was having kinky sex with a Settite (Sarrasine) in an adjoining room.

Why was she boffing the Settite? Because it helped her not to think about what was being done next door. Too bad for her, but the Settite keeps jamming Margd's face into the two-way mirror so she can't help but see the bloody hijinks. Sarrasine is a twisted fuck.

Why oh why does Margd keep falling for the bad boys?

I am a huger nerd because I'm disappointed I have to miss gaming while I'm away at Tribally Yours. But I'm not such a huge nerd that I'd skip out on the dancing for it.

So I guess there's hope for me, yet.

Oh, and just for shits and giggles, how about a rerun on a music meme?

Absitively posolutely. All the ones you guessed are correct. Methinks my musical tastes run a bit more mainstream than yours do. Interestingly enough, I believe I started listening to Wumpscut when you mentioned it on your website many moons ago (Vertical Delights and Imagery, or something like that.) I was only able to get a couple of yours... Wumpscut (obviously) and Souxsie. I suppose one could cheat by looking at the properties of the JPG files, but... what fun would that be?

PS... 9 and 11 are actually really easy and both very well known bands. You probably wouldn't listen to 9 really at all (according to your recent post regarding metal) but I'm almost positive that you've listened to 11.

I'm guessing Saracen is named from his ancestry. He's a swarthy fellow Margd met in Constantinople in the early 1200s.

I wouldn't call it love. It was plain old lust with a small side order of affection.

They had a fling that lasted about a century, and then lost track of one another for five hundred years or so. They only just met up again last night (in game time), and the very next night, the fling was re-initiated.

He's definitely more twisted than he was then, but I suppose Margd is, too. After all, she was Dracula's love snack for quite a while.
