I've gained ten pounds in the last week and a half. That can't seem weird to me alone.
I've also been experiencing a lot of swelling in my feet (I wore my pressure bandage to bed last night), hands, legs, and abdomen. Even my lower back feels sore and swollen. Maybe I'll explode and litter my surroundings with dance particles.
But not until after tonight's pole dancing class, at least.
I can think of nothing I've done that would explain such bizarre and sudden growth, unless it's just a weird case of the monthlies.
In the meantime, check out these links:
Centralia: The Mouth of Hell: This seems rather Silent Hill-ish to me.
Skull and Crossbones: Before it became a pirate icon, the skull and crossbones was a motif of the Knights Templar. Here's a Templar Jolly Roger....
Frugal cure for a sore throat: Cayenne pepper cure? I'll have to give this a shot next time I have a sore throat (thanks,
gha5t).
This Little Piggy's Just Weird: Mutant Chinese piglet born in the year of the pig. Coincidence? I think yes!
"El Guapo" Bas Rutten - Wanna Chill: If you don't know who Bas Rutten is, this video probably will make no sense to you at all. Even if you do know, it still might not make sense. It made me laugh, though.
Controversial New Idea: Nerves Transmit Sound, Not Electricity: If a nerve fires in the forest, does anyone hear?
Chest compression, not mouth-to-mouth, saves lives: This reminds me, I really must get my butt back to the St. John Ambulance for more first aid training.
Margaux Lange: I wish I'd thought of this while I still had access to a metal studio! I'd love to make rings with Barbie body part settings.
Girl in a Human Sling Shot: This scares the bejeezus out of me (thanks,
officialgaiman).
Plastic surgeon sucks out belly dancer's buttock: Correct me if I'm wrong, but liposuction can't suck out muscle, can it?
Sticking to Tradition: "Irish martial art has a storied past and a modern-day practioner (sic) in Milton."
Secret Service investigates santanic (sic) vampire: If he's elected, he'll impale Bush (thanks,
sarcasm_hime).

ling forth poisonous vermin that formed into
a semi-anthropomorphic cloud and chased Conan

Or maybe you have just been upper body muscle

1) I believe the cayenne thing, and will try it
next year when I get sick. I already try to
put some in my orange juice, and eat other
spicy foods. I *do* think it helps my personal
afflictions a bit.
2) What metal band is that in the Bas Rutten video?
3) I guess 24 was really teaching me not only how
to interrogate people, but also how to save lives
without being gay. Who knew?
4) It's good to see a followup on Sharkey! I wondered
how his campaign was going.
I had forgotten the name, but I thought of
Centralia while I watched the movie.
