For those of you who shared my curiosity about the term "cunt" in relation to vogueing, I have discovered the answer.

I was not far off in my guess. "Cunt" or "cunty" means ultra-feminine. It can be used as a compliment.

For an example of the term being used in this sense, I can point you toward Kevin Aviance's music video Cunty.
