I'm having a dreadful time getting going today. I should be at school, taking advantage of my day off to get caught up on my schoolwork. But I'm experiencing awful cramps and backaches. It's not beekilling time, so either my schedule's all out of whack, or I have the mystery flu that's been striking people down, lately. Oh, such nasty, evil, unhappy cramps. My left side hurts from pelvis to ribcage. Waa!
I suppose I should suck it up, gobble up a Midol, and get myself to school. I need to write up a press release for the annual NBCCD Christmas sale, as well as record a bunch of public service announcements for radio. Blargh. I don't wanna.
I sure hope no one punches me in kung fu tonight. I might not be able to suppress my cramp-induced waves of violence.
