Do you know how to generate indices within an OpenOffice document? I know I can do it by hand, but that's an enormous task, and there's got to be a tool out there to facilitate the process.

I almost got creamed by a bus yesterday on the way to kung fu. It was very, very, VERY close, and the adrenaline rush was a hell of a way to start a workout. Still, let's not do that again for a long, long time, ok?

I still continue to write the Margd story (>160 pages now), and I'm finding little discrepancies which are indicative of some dreadful plot, I'm sure. I've got little post-it notes all over the place, with reminders for me to check on these problems in-game. If I get the chance.

I'm on another nonfiction kick, lately. I just finished up with a biography on Erzsabet Bathory (Countess Dracula by Tony Thorne), and now I'm onto a John Douglas book (The Cases That Haunt Us) and The Trial of Gilles de Rais. At some point, I'll have to remember to read something cheery, just to keep things balanced.

My glasses are getting in worse condition on a daily basis. It's difficult to see properly, so I finally set up an appointment for an eye examination. New glasses are going to be très chère, though.
