Classes in Downtown Kitchener
I need earth moneys, and I need to keep dancing. Would you like to help me out with this?
Since my floorwork class is ending at the downtown studio but I still have at least one person interested in continuing, I've decided to start teaching it from my home studio. I'll be teaching on Wednesday nights from 8:30-9:30. Classes are on a drop-in basis at $10 each (that's freakishly cheap, dudes!).
The classes will be necessarily small (my studio's not that large), so you'll have plenty of one-on-one coaching.
Floorwork is a physically intensive and powerful style of dance. You'll be radically strengthening your abdominals, obliques, glutes, and quads. You'll be improving your flexibility. And you'll be keeping this dying art form alive!
If you'd like to work on basic belly dance technique (North American cabaret and tribal fusion stylings), let me know. I can fit another class in around 6pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, or daytimes on any weekday. Same appallingly low price.
If you're more interested in doing dance drills, I am more than willing to be your drill master.
I can also give mini dance costuming workshops on such topics as dance bra creation, dance belt creation, and tribal belt construction. Prices will vary, especially depending if you want me to supply fabric/notions (cheaper for you if you bring your own).
Contact me if you're interested!
