I May Be a Huge Nerd, But I'll Be a Well-Dressed Nerd

Dance class didn't kill me. I focused more on the hip isolations than the chest ones, and ended up teaching two 3/4 shimmy variants: Egyptian (down-up-down) and Ghawazee (up-down-out). The students all seemed to have a great time, and although I'm tired, I'm not dying. So tomorrow, I'm going to attempt a short, slow run and see how I do with that.

Now, the next thing I want is this battle skirt (from Fantasy Armor).



It doesn't look too difficult to make. I think I'd rather mine be grey or brown than black, and that the metal elements be blackened. Black is too black for sneaking. It stands out. And so does shiny....

I also want a cloak. That'll be easiest of all.

But first, I must make a whole whack of tabards. The militia needs to have uniforms, and I've been voluntold.

Apart from its stealth enhanced qualities (grey and brown are sooo much better for sneaking about in the woods in any lighting!), I like the look of brown leather better.

I have this wicked idea for a steampunky corset - all brass closures and what not. no time, no money, and little skill, though :/
