I think I've finally found the right weight for my calf raises: 340 pounds. I upped my Romanian deadlifts to 100 pounds. I will feel those in the morning. But I'm still doing 10-lb shoulder flies. Why must my upper body be so weak? You'd think I'd have gargantuan legs and puny arms, but everything looks proportionate. I don't get it.
