Wow. And I hope this doesn't offend, but I bet that third photo without the yellow scarf would be stunning. Great pose for you.

Very cool... so did you finish your one program and will start with the one that the trainer recommended, or continue what you have been doing?

Are you measuring yourself or having someone else do it? Some of the results (like a larger waist, even if you're putting on muscle elsewhere) may be just how the measurements are being taken?

I'm measuring myself.

I'm still debating what to do next with my training. I haven't been in the gym this week because of the fresh tattoo.

Does getting a tattoo have restrictions on exercise or hitting it within a certain amount of time? Good to have time to figure out your next plans... I'm more or less going with whatever the crossfit guy has going for the week with some supplemental activity (not as much as I'd like) on whatever weaker area most appeals to work on for a while.

Well, a lot of the exercises I do make me sweat like mad, and I don't really want my tattoo to sweat much until it is healed. Also, quite a few of the exercises I do put pressure and motion on my shoulder blade (eg. when I lay on my back with an exercise ball between my feet, and raise the ball up until I'm in a shoulder stand, then go back down again). I'd really rather not have potentially dirty exercise equipment getting the still-healing tattoo infected.

I have to agree that the 3rd pose is fantastic. Definitely my favorite of the lot. Of course, I like the first one a whole lot too, but that's cause I think you have a nice bum. And I mean that with the utmost respect.

Also, lats and shoulders. Very nice definition there.
