I'm way overdue for these. I haven't been doing regular weight training for quite some time, due to scheduling conflicts and persnickety injuries. But I haven't exactly been lying fallow. I've continued dancing, walking, and cycling, as well as my occasional calisthenics/plyometrics/isometrics.

Here's what I look like today, aka the day after I turned 40. Oy vey....
