Despite my asthma making my training session this morning slooooow as McDonald's counter staff nursing a hangover, I feel rather bad ass.
Here's what I did today.
Biked 5 km
Go me!
And just to mix shit up, tomorrow I do a floorwork/lap dance workshop. Haha!

Date: 2013-08-06 07:10 pm (UTC)From:I'm really feeling my yesterday, right now. I suspect it's mostly from the parkour, as my quads don't normally feel DOMS like this after CF. Must be from the backward crawling up the stairs. I was afraid I'd faceplant onto concrete, but I didn't. First couple of climbs, I kept having to rest on my right hip, but on the third climb, I had enough coordination to avoid that.
Oh, and I also discovered I can do one-handed bridge push-ups. I'd never tried them before like that. Funny how bridge push-ups are so much easier for me than regular push-ups.
