I'm shedding pounds like I'm on some sort of diet. I suppose I am. It's the Craft School diet. Start by having a couple of dozen pounds of carefully cultivated muscle, then go to school so intensely that weight-training and intense cardio go by the wayside. Cut to about four months later, and the pounds will have melted off.
At the beginning of the summer, I weighed 154 pounds. As of today, I weigh 136.5.
And I still have a little bit of a poochy belly!
