I seem to have tweaked my SI joint while training today. This is depressing. I have a massage appointment tomorrow, ostensibly for my super-tight left leg (which I'm sure is a huge contributing factor to the SI issue), anyway. I guess I'll get her to work on this stupid injury. It's hurting more as the day goes on.

And while I'm bitching, why the heck am I on day 11 of a period? That ain't right. Fuck off, body. Do what you're supposed to do. I take damned good care of you, so stop being an obstinate twat.

my SI joint goes out all the time. two things that help me are standing on a step or a curb and letting the leg of the offending side dangle straight down then you can sort of swing the leg gently in space and that sometimes works. oddly enough walking will sometimes reset it for me too...just a calm walk around the neighborhood...nothing too crazy.

& ouch. feel better!
